1. What is your return policy?

Our policy allows returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please refer to our detailed returns policy and detailed terms and instructions.

2. When will my shipment arrive?

After the submission process of the order, the shipment arrives between 5-12 business days (the order submission process takes between 1-3 business days)

3. Is shipping free?

Shipping terms vary but are usually free. We take the shipping costs on us above 10$ orders.

4. How do I place an order?

On the product page there is an option to add to the cart, or directly to pay, if you add to the cart, you can check the amount of the product after quantity discounts, then go to the payment page.

We send the tracking number of the shipment by email a few days after the order.

7. How do I know where my shipment is?

Enter the tracking number we sent in the email, on the order tracking page on our website.

8. How long is the warranty for the products you sell?

All our products, unless otherwise stated, have a one-year warranty aside from the event of breakage or tear.

10. What means of payment do you accept ?

All credit cards are accepted with us, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more.

11. Is it possible to pay you in cash ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay us in cash, because we are an online store.

12. Is it possible to collect the products from you ?

No, we are an online store only, so we send the products to our customers.

13. How soon will I receive a response from support ?

We provide support 24/7, and the response time is up to about an hour.
